ด้วยวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะเผยแพร่ สนับสนุน แลกเปลี่ยน ประสบการณ์ และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ด้านศิลปะวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัย และเพิ่มพื้นที่ทาง
ด้านศิลปะวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัยในชุมชน ตลอดจนเป็นการรักษาเอกลักษณ์ ของชุมชน สืบทอดภูมิปัญญาบรรพบุรุษ อนุรักษ์อาคารเก่าที่เป็น
ส่วนหนึ่งของประวัติศาสตร์ชุมชน รวมทั้งช่วยกระตุ้นเศรษกิจของชุมชนให้โดยภายในงานจะจัดหมวดหมู่ของการแสดง ดนตรี แและตลาดนัด
งานศิลปะ ตามสถานที่ต่างๆของชุมชน อย่างสอดคล้องไปกับบรรยากาศของเดิม โดยจะเริ่มเปิดงานตั้งแต่วันที่ 25-27 มกราคม 2551

“All About Arts” Festival is an arts event in Chet Samian district (Ractchburi Province) with the aims to
traditional and contemporary artists, to expand local communities’ exposore to contemporary art and
culture, and to solicit support from the members for the development of arts. The festival wishes, in
creating contact with contemporary arts, community members can at the same time feel the pride of their
traditional arts heritage, which is a precious gift from the ancestors of Chet Samian. The Chet Samian
community has historical sites, which allow possibilities of arts creation, and passing on knowledge and
memory of the past.
“All About Arts” is monthly event, which will happen over the last weekend of every month.”
